Orders ship within 5 business days from Brussels.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping from €120.
How long does delivery take?
EU: 3–5 working days. Rest of world: 7–14 working days. Tracking number sent on dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, contact us within 14 days. Subject to stock availability.
Products & sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up, our fits run true to size or slightly oversized depending on the silhouette.
How should I care for ALIVEREST garments?
Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Specific care instructions live on each product page.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some core pieces are restocked. Limited drops (marked Founder's Collection or with an AR-S code) are not restocked.
