Return Policy
Thank you for supporting ALIVE.REST. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with the law and EU regulations, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alive.rest within this timeframe.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund, including the original standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 4 business days.
2. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at info@alive.rest within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item for verification.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Sizing
Starting from October 2025, we will accept returns due to sizing issues. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item. However, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the client, identical to any other returns.
5. Important Notes
- All sales are final unless you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days or the item is defective due to a manufacturing error.
